BurnoutBlock is an AI-powered daily coaching service that analyzes biometric data from your Oura Ring to generate personalized daily action plans, recovery recommendations, and burnout risk assessments. The goal is to help you make smarter decisions about work, rest, and recovery — before you crash.
BurnoutBlock is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The daily plans, scores, and recommendations are for informational and wellness purposes only.

Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds except where required by law.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing your subscription price. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
By using BurnoutBlock, you agree to:
BurnoutBlock connects to your Oura Ring via Oura's official OAuth API. You must have a valid Oura account and an active Oura Ring subscription to use data-driven features. We are not affiliated with Oura Health, Inc. BurnoutBlock's functionality depends on the Oura API remaining available — we are not responsible for service disruptions caused by changes to the Oura API.
The BurnoutBlock name, logo, interface, and generated content are owned by BurnoutBlock. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at burnoutblock@polsia.app. We will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
